The one where Grody gets bitched at and likes yet another boy.

I'm in the middle of a big project for La Clase de Espanol, so, naturally, this seemed like the right time to update.

So today I learned that people really don't like telemarketers. I have the pleasure of doing *volunteer* telemarketing for the local blood center.

I called about 180 people today. And do you know how many made an appointment to donate blood?

One.

In other work related news, I got totally bitched at by a disgruntled woman. I was all "Hello, I'm calling from the blood center, thank you for signing up to donate September 2001. We're having a blood drive, would you like to come in?" And she was all "Listen MISSY, I don't mean to YELL at you (oh, no?) but BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH."

And then I was like "Get a spoon and eat my ass, biatch!" Except that's just what I wanted to say. What I actually said was "Thank you very much, I'm very sorry,

Oh well.

In still other work related news, Cute Work Guy is still indeed very cute. Not sure if he was mentioned, but Cute Work Guy, is in fact, a cute guy I know from work.

For now, I'm just getting my flirt on. He seems interested, which is good, since that's usually a key part.

Though, of course, I have to be a complete ass when talking to him. He was telling and asking me about relationships, and he asked me what my status was and I'm all "oh, I'm in a casual dating thing. Really casual. Ha, you know, casual, totally." and he asked why and I'm even a bigger ass and I'm all "oh, blah, ha, you know, not sure, I don't know, he wamts more than I do, blarghargadbhasge"

But it's ok, he either didn't notice or chose to ignore me babbling like a moron about relationships. All is well, all is good :)
